Great Orme Tramway
The mile-long climb to the summit of The Great Orme is full of wonderful sights and surprises. The Great Orme Tramway is the only cable hauled street tramway in Britain and still uses the original Victorian carriages. So, hop aboard the Great Orme tramway for a ride that's been delighting young and old alike for over 100 years!
Bodafon Farm Park
Bodafon Farm Park is a genuine working farm where the countryside meets the sea. Wander around the paddocks of rare farm breeds. See the aviaries containing owls and tropical birds from around the world and take a stroll along the farm heritage trail. The children can cuddle the rabbits and play on the miniature farm tractors in the Children's Farmyard whilst you take a break in the Cartwheel Café. A great family day out.
The Great Orme Copper Mines
Visit the Bronze Age copper mine during your stay in Llandudno. The oldest metal mine open to the public in the world. Explore the 3,500 year old passages, leading to the amazing prehistoric cavern. The great opencast, the oldest part of the complex, was mined out over 4,000 years ago. See how our ancestors turned rock into metal at the smelting site and talk to the archaeologists about the world’s largest known prehistoric mine.

Great Orme Country Park
The jewel in Llandudno’s crown is the spectacular Great Orme Country Park and Local Nature Reserve. Renowned for its wildlife and history, The Great Orme is a Site of Special Scientific Interest for its wildflowers and geology. The Country Park Visitor Centre situated at the summit of the Great Orme (next to the tram station and Summit Complex) offers a fascinating insight into the natural history and human history of this unique headland.
Llandudno Museum
